【中国观察2020年12月11日讯】近年来，美国越来越重视跨国、有组织的犯罪行为，认为它对国家安全影响重大。在美国国家安全委员会（NSC）官网上，也清楚地罗列何为“跨国有组织犯罪”，包括恐怖组织、毒品、人口走私、武器贩运、知识产权窃盗等。
最近，来自于美国社会各界，呼吁将中国共产党（CCP）列为“跨国有组织犯罪”的呼声，越来越高。
周四上午，许多美国民众聚集在首都华盛顿地区，举办“指定中共为犯罪集团”的活动，集会上有关心维吾尔族人、法轮功，主张信仰自由的多个人权组织，也有“停止窃选”的倡导者，他们细数中共如何践踏人权、如何对美国进行渗透。
在集会上，微生物博士、美国“应对中共当前危险委员会”成员林晓旭提到，中共活体器官移植，以及年初隐瞒中共病毒、介入美国大选舞弊等，凸显中共不止迫害中国民众，还渗透到美国。
美国当前危机委员会成员林晓旭：“国际人权日不该只是一个日子，因为你想想看，中共做的这些，中国每天都有这么多人丧生，每个人都该挺身而出，把中共叫成指定为一个跨国犯罪集团，全世界都该把中共定为跨国犯罪集团，不只是美国。”
“应对中共当前危险委员会”副主席弗兰克·加夫尼（Frank Gaffney）表示，中国共产党正在对世界进行渗透，透过一带一路计划，窃取沿线国家的主权，用它的资源，渗透西方的政治、经济，连美国都在这场危机当中。

美国国务卿蓬佩奥上周四在国务院会见多个遭受中共严重迫害的团体代表时，加夫尼也当面提出这项建议﹐建议美国政府﹐认定中共为跨国犯罪集团。
美国共和党联邦众议员斯科特‧佩里（Scott Perry）稍早前也在美国国会提出一项议案，要求将中共认定为跨国犯罪集团，呼吁将组织犯罪控制法（RICO）运用于中共，对其进行起诉、惩罚和铲除。
中国问题专家、澳洲悉尼科技大学副教授冯崇义认为，将中共定位为“犯罪集团”的呼声，标志着西方思想上的一个飞跃。
澳洲悉尼科技大学副教授冯崇义：“现在西方世界民主国家开始觉悟，这是非常重要的思想的飞跃，就是把中国人和中共政权区分开来，跟中国人往来，去照应中国人的利益，保护中国人的人权的同时，就非得跟中共政权决裂。”
中国社会民主党主席、中国反政治迫害同盟主席刘因全则认为，美国政府和国会一旦付诸行动，将会给反抗暴政的中国百姓带来希望。
中国反政治迫害同盟主席刘因全：“如果美国把中共定为犯罪团体，中国老百姓就会看到希望，能够鼓舞中国老百姓争取自由、争取人权的斗志，如果美国这样做，其他国家就会跟进，就会形成鼓舞人心的作用。”
刘因全认为，川普总统如果顺利连任，延续他打击、限制中共的政策，世界将更加认清中共，共产党甚至可能因此而垮台。也因此本届美国大选，成为攸关人类命运、正义与邪恶力量的一场决战。

At the rally, Dr. Xiaoxu Lin, a member of the U.S. Committee to Address the Current Dangers of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), mentioned that the CCP's live organ transplants, as well as the concealment of the CCP virus earlier in the year and its involvement in the U.S. election fraud, highlight that the CCP is not only persecuting the Chinese people, but also infiltrating the United States.
Lin Xiaoxu, a member of the U.S. Committee on Current Crises, said, "International Human Rights Day should not be just a day, because if you think about it, the Chinese Communist Party is doing this, and so many people are dying in China every day, everyone should stand up and call the Chinese Communist Party a transnational crime syndicate, and the whole world should designate the Chinese Communist Party as a transnational crime syndicate, not just the United States. "
"Frank Gaffney, vice chairman of the Committee to Address the Current Danger of the Chinese Communist Party, said that the Chinese Communist Party is infiltrating the world, stealing the sovereignty of countries along the Belt and Road program, using its resources to infiltrate the politics and economy of the West, and even the United States is in the midst of this crisis.

Gaffney also made this recommendation in person when Secretary of State Pompeo met with representatives of various groups suffering severe persecution by the Chinese Communist Party at the State Department last Thursday, recommending that the U.S. government, designate the CCP as a transnational criminal group.
Republican U.S. Rep. Scott Perry also introduced a bill in the U.S. Congress earlier to designate the CCP as a transnational criminal enterprise, calling for the application of the Organized Crime Control Act (RICO) to the CCP to prosecute, punish and eradicate it.
According to Feng Chongyi, a China expert and associate professor at the University of Technology Sydney, the call for the CCP to be designated as a "criminal enterprise" marks a leap forward in Western thinking.

Liu Yinquan, President of the Chinese Social Democratic Party and Chairman of the China Anti-Political Persecution Coalition, believes that once the U.S. government and Congress take action, it will give hope to the Chinese people who are fighting against tyranny.

Liu Yinquan believes that if President Trump is successfully re-elected and continues his policy of cracking down and restricting the Chinese Communist Party, the world will recognize the Chinese Communist Party more clearly, and the Communist Party may even collapse as a result. This is why the current U.S. election has become a decisive battle between the fate of humanity and the forces of good and evil.
