综合陆媒报导，黑龙江省安达市宣传部门称，12月19日零时46分，安达市万宝山园区海纳贝尔化工有限公司格雷车间一乳化反应釜发生大爆炸，现场窜起恐怖大火，浓浓黑烟。直至凌晨3时50分大火被扑灭。

当地官方称，事故共造成1人死亡、2人重伤、2人轻伤，另外有2人失踪。 事故原因正在调查。

11月上旬，黑龙江绥化肇东市开发区一纸厂也曾发生锅炉大爆炸，爆炸后导致厂房起火。
