北京疫情严峻逼近中南海，中共高层安全难保，北京市已全面进入紧急状态。早在今年年初疫情高峰时期，港媒曾披露，习近平等中共高层有三条逃亡秘道，其中一条就是在玉泉山。

【中国观察2020年12月29日讯】京西城区是中共权力核心区域，中南海、北京大会堂、中共中央书记处、办公厅、中纪委、中组部、宣传部、国务院、国家发改委、工信部、国家民委等中央机关都在西城区。但西城区在12月24日已爆出疫情，西什库社区和顺天府被封闭，全员通宵做核酸检测。中共病毒疫情再度逼近中南海，令中共高层也人心惶惶。

自今年年初爆发疫情以来，北京疫情一直没有间断，西城区频繁出现确诊病例，被列入风险区。在2月疫情高峰时期，北京曾宣布“封城”。逃亡美国的中国富豪郭文贵在视频中爆料说，北京政府机构中有人染疫，习近平为避疫，已不在中南海办公。

4月17日，香港明报引述消息人士称，受疫情影响，中共高层部分领导人已从中南海转至北京西郊的玉泉山办公。证实了习近平离开中南海避疫的传闻。

中共高层官员为何选择到玉泉山避疫，引发舆论关注。海外中文媒体《看中国》2月22日曾刊文披露，一旦中南海被中共病毒攻陷，中共高层有三条逃亡秘道。其中一条就在玉泉山。

文章说，中南海有一条秘密通道直通玉泉山，里面灯火辉煌，通道长达不止20公里，出事时高官们靠这秘密通道可以逃跑，密道直通西山的空军基地。玉泉山名义上是各首长去休息的地方，实际是高官避走前集结的去处。

第二条秘密通道是从中南海到北京大会堂，再到北京国际机场，但具体内境不明。

第三条更为神秘，据说有一条秘道从中南海通往去年9月才投入运营的北京大兴国际机场。不过，这些“秘密通道”目前尚无法证实。

此前曾有大陆学者揭露，中共权贵高层早已感知中共末日来临，内部隐藏着一个沉船计划。中国宪政学者陈永苗在《动向》杂志2016年11月号发文揭露，中共高层制定了一个“末日方舟”计划：该贿赂的国家已经贿赂了，该洗的钱早就洗好了，一旦那一天来临，立即销毁所有历史档案，然后整个家族撤至避难国。

美国之音也曾援引中国学者表示，“中共贪腐官员习惯在美国等西方国家置业，转移偷窃到的民脂民膏…他们一直在做沉船前安排……。”

然而，随着中共近年战狼外交引发国际反弹，以美国为首的自由世界阵营对中共发起全球围堵。美国已严令禁止中共党员移民，并对十多名中共副国级官员及高官实施制裁，禁止入境美国并冻结其在美资产。而且对所有中共党员及家属入境美国，采取限制措施。

尤其是中共隐匿疫情，导致中共病毒在全球蔓延，各国都危机四伏，哪里都不是安全地。有评论说，时至今日，中共权贵家族这一沉船计划，恐难以实施。中共高官无处可逃，最终只能坐以待毙。

However, Xicheng District was already outbreak on December 24, Xishku community and Shuntianfu were closed and full staff did nucleic acid testing overnight. The outbreak of the virus is once again approaching Zhongnanhai, causing panic in the top echelons of the Communist Party.

Since the outbreak earlier this year, the epidemic has continued unabated in Beijing, with frequent confirmed cases in Xicheng District, which is listed as a risk area. At the height of the outbreak in February, Beijing declared a "city closure". Guo Wengui, a Chinese tycoon who fled the U.S., said in a video that people in Beijing government agencies had been infected and that Xi Jinping had left his office in Zhongnanhai to avoid the epidemic.

On April 17, Hong Kong Ming Pao quoted sources as saying that some of the top leaders of the Communist Party had moved from Zhongnanhai to work at Yuquan Mountain in the western suburbs of Beijing due to the epidemic. This confirms the rumors that Xi Jinping left Zhongnanhai to avoid the epidemic.

The reason why the top CCP officials chose to go to Yuquan Mountain to avoid the epidemic has aroused public attention. An article published in the overseas Chinese media "Look at China" on February 22 disclosed that once Zhongnanhai was overrun by the CCP virus, there were three secret escape routes for top CCP officials. One of them is in Yuquan Mountain.

The article said that Zhongnanhai has a secret passage leading to Yuquan Mountain, which is brilliantly lit up and more than 20 kilometers long, and that senior officials can escape by this secret passage, which leads to the air force base in Xishan. Yuquan Mountain is nominally a place where the heads go to rest, but in reality it is a place where senior officials go to gather before avoiding leaving.

The second secret passage is from Zhongnanhai to Beijing Assembly Hall, and then to Beijing International Airport, but the specific internal boundary is unknown.

The third is even more mysterious, with a secret passage said to lead from Zhongnanhai to the Beijing Daxing International Airport, which only went into operation last September. However, these "secret passages" are not yet confirmed.

Previously, some mainland scholars have revealed that the top echelons of the Communist Party have long sensed that the end of the Communist Party is near, and that a shipwreck plan is hidden inside. In an article published in the November 2016 issue of Trend magazine, Chinese constitutional scholar Chen Yongmiao revealed that the top echelon of the Communist Party had formulated a "doomsday ark" plan: the countries that should be bribed have been bribed, the money that should be laundered has been laundered, and once that day comes, all historical archives will be immediately destroyed and the entire family will be evacuated to a country of refuge.

Voice of America has also quoted Chinese scholars as saying, "Chinese Communist Party corrupt officials are used to buying property in the United States and other Western countries to transfer the stolen people's money...They have been making pre-sinking arrangements ......."

However, as the CCP's war-wolf diplomacy has sparked an international backlash in recent years, the U.S.-led free world camp has launched a global siege on the CCP. The U.S. has imposed a strict ban on the immigration of CCP members, and has imposed sanctions on more than a dozen CCP vice state officials and senior officials, banning them from entering the U.S. and freezing their assets in the U.S. And restrictions have been placed on all CCP members and their families entering the United States.

In particular, the CCP's concealment of the epidemic has led to the spread of the CCP virus around the world, and countries are in crisis, and nowhere is safe. Some commentators say that to this day, this sinking plan of the powerful CCP families is afraid that it will be difficult to implement. Senior CCP officials have nowhere to run, and will eventually have to sit and wait for death.
