前纽约市长、川普（特朗普）私人律师朱利安尼（Rudy Giuliani）10日发推文，质疑民主党大佬，包括拜登（Joe Biden）等人的身边，到底有多少“中共间谍”？

76岁的朱利安尼在推特发文说：“民主党大佬身边有多少中共间谍？参议员黛安•范士丹、众议员埃里克•斯沃韦尔和乔•拜登，还有多少呢？”

朱利安尼提及中共间谍的时间点，正值中共女特务方芳（又名Christine Fang，克里斯汀‧方），通过金钱和性贿赂向美国民主党政界渗透，甚至历时数年来“培养”民主党政治新秀的丑闻发酵之际。

12月8日，Axios媒体消息说，一个名叫方芳的中共女特务几年前在加州政坛很活跃，不仅跟多名美国政客发生性关系，还色诱了“年轻有为”的地方市议员斯沃韦尔，最后助他进入国会。此事惊动了FBI，那个以肉体换情报的中共“女燕子”方芳仓惶逃离美国。

但是她替中共栽培的亲共议员斯沃韦尔可起了大作用——他就是在过去4年内，卖力诬陷川普总统“通俄门”的急先锋。

美国众议院少数党领袖麦卡锡（Kevin McCarthy）9日质问民主党籍众议长佩洛西（Nancy Pelosi），为何斯沃韦尔这样的人进入美国最高情报机构？

麦卡锡指责，斯沃韦尔的主要精力放在网罗川普总统的罪名上，而没有让美国免受中共的侵害，“我们听到的只不过是冰山一角”。他还提到了雇用中共特务做了20年司机的加州民主党议员范士丹（Dianne Feinstein）。

“佩洛西挑他进委员会的时候知道这些事吗？”麦克锡问。

据Axios报导说，方芳2011年进入加州州立大学东湾分校就读，她担任学校的中国学生会主席和亚太公共事务联盟（APAPA）在该校分会的主席。

美国情报官员说，方通过竞选筹款、广泛的联络和“个人魅力”，迅速打入全美范围的政客网络，成为加州民主党政治圈内的交际花，她认识多名民主党的出名人物，跟至少两名市长发展了历时三年的性关系或暧昧关系。

方结识了湾区许多最有名的政治人物，经常与加州的许多政客一起合影，其中包括卡纳（Ro Khanna）、斯沃韦尔（Eric Swalwell）、加州众议员赵美心（Judy Chu），和当时的众议员Mike Honda。

Axios的几位政界线人回忆说，方具有“魅力”并“惹人喜爱”，但也有人称，她举止秘密，甚至是“可疑的”。

方很快成为湾区政治圈的“核心人物之一”后，经常活跃地帮助当地官员进行竞选筹款，并且“有本事”带来捐助者。美国情报官员认为，她还监督其他中共特工，曾把“手下人”安置在政治人物当地和国会办公室当实习生。

Axios分析，该案说明了中共努力渗透美国政界，有的时候甚至不惜花费数年甚至数十年的时间才能培养出“成果”，可谓放长线钓大鱼。

FBI在2019年5月专门成立了一个部门，负责打击北京在美国州和地方层面的间谍活动。美国国家安全官员认为，中共构成的威胁只会随着时间越演越烈，方只是众多特工中的一员。

(China Watch, Dec. 11, 2020) - Rudy Giuliani, a former New York mayor and Trump's personal attorney, tweeted on Dec. 10, questioning how many "Chinese Communist spies" are on the side of Democratic Party bigwigs, including Joe Biden.

Giuliani, 76, tweeted, "How many Chinese Communist spies are around Democratic Party bosses? Senator Dianne Feinstein, Congressman Eric Swalwell and Joe Biden, how many more?"

Giuliani's reference to CCP spies comes at a time when the scandal of Christine Fang, a female CCP spy, infiltrating Democratic politics with money and sexual bribes and even "grooming" Democratic political recruits over a period of several years is festering.

On December 8, Axios Media reported that a female Communist Party spy named Fang Fang had been active in California politics for several years, not only having sex with several U.S. politicians, but also seducing the "young and talented" local city councilman Swofford and eventually helping him enter Congress. The incident alerted the FBI, and Fang Fang, the Chinese Communist "swallow girl" who traded her body for information, fled the United States in fear.

But the pro-communist congressman she groomed for the Communist Party, Mr. Swoffel, was instrumental in helping to frame President Trump for Russia for the past four years.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) asked Democratic Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) why someone like Swofford was in the top U.S. intelligence agency.

McCarthy charged that Swalwell's main focus was on netting President Trump's charges instead of keeping America safe from the Chinese Communist Party, and that "what we're hearing is just the tip of the iceberg. He also mentioned Rep. Dianne Feinstein, a California Democrat who hired a Chinese Communist agent as a chauffeur for 20 years.

"Did Pelosi know about this when she picked him to be on the committee?" McSee asked.

Fang attended California State University, East Bay, in 2011, where she served as president of the school's Chinese Student Association and president of the Asian Pacific Public Affairs Alliance (APAPA) chapter, Axios reported.

U.S. intelligence officials said Fang quickly penetrated a nationwide network of politicians through campaign fundraising, extensive contacts and "personal charm" and became a socialite in California Democratic political circles, where she met several prominent Democratic figures and developed sexual or romantic relationships with at least two mayors over a three-year period.

Fang met many of the Bay Area's most prominent political figures and was often photographed with many California politicians, including Ro Khanna, Eric Swalwell, California Assemblywoman Judy Chu, and then Assemblyman Mike Honda.

Several Axios political sources recalled Fang as "charming" and "likable," but others said she was secretive, even "suspicious.

After quickly becoming "one of the central figures" in Bay Area political circles, Fong was often active in helping local officials with campaign fundraising and had a "knack" for bringing in donors. U.S. intelligence officials believe she also supervised other Communist Party operatives and had placed "underlings" as interns in local and congressional offices of politicians.

Axios analyzed the case as an illustration of the Chinese Communist Party's efforts to infiltrate U.S. politics, sometimes taking years or even decades to produce "results," which can be described as catching the big fish with the long haul.

The FBI established a special unit in May 2019 to combat Beijing's spying activities at the state and local levels in the United States. U.S. national security officials believe that the threat posed by the Chinese Communist Party will only grow stronger over time, and that Fang is just one of many agents.
