Rebel Media
Rebel Media

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has been criticized by the media for secretly helping the Chinese Communist Party train military officers at the country's military academies and bases. The Canadian media criticized Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for helping train Chinese Communist Party officers after the Communist Party kidnapped two Canadian citizens.
According to The Gateway Pundit website, Canadian media outlet Rebel Media obtained a government-edited document in which sensitive content that the Canadian government intended to hide was grayed out, but the painted text was still legible.
Rebel Media said the classified document shows that the Trudeau government "is training Chinese (Communist) commanders at the Canadian Forces Academy in Toronto and other military facilities in Kingston. Chinese Communist military participants include 1- and 2-star generals and entire contingents that will learn Canadian cold weather military tactics."
The documents also show that the U.S. objected to Canada's decision to train Chinese Communist military personnel, but Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau ignored this, claiming it was only the "Trump (Trump) administration" that objected and that other Five Eyes coalition countries did not express concern.
In a video, the founder of Rebel Media expressed his displeasure with the Trudeau government, saying that the Chinese Communist Party is hostile to Canada and that the Trudeau government chose to train Communist soldiers after the Chinese kidnapped two Canadian citizens.
Rebel Media has made the classified documents available to the public on TheChinaFiles.com.
Government documents obtained by Canadian media from the Freedom of Information Act show that Canada's Department of National Defence cancelled about 10 collaborations and activities with the Chinese Communist Party military in 2019, according to a Dec. 10 report by Free Asia. These include winter military exercises between the two countries, assistance in training Chinese Communist military personnel in polar regions, and training courses for UN peacekeeping missions.
According to the documents, the U.S. raised concerns about Canada's military cooperation with the Chinese Communist Party, with Ian Shugart, then Canada's deputy foreign minister and now secretary of the Privy Council, claiming that the cancellation of the cooperation between the Canadian and Chinese militaries could affect the safety of two Canadians abducted by the Chinese Communist Party.
According to the report, Shugart is the person who reports directly to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, meaning he represents the views of the Trudeau government.
In late 2018, after Huawei's finance director Meng Wanzhou was arrested in Canada, the Chinese Communist Party then kidnapped two Canadian citizens in China, Kang Mingkai and Spavor, who have not been released by the Chinese Communist Party.
Trudeau's weakness in the face of the Chinese Communist Party has been criticized by both the Canadian government and the public. Erin O'Toole, leader of Canada's largest opposition party, the Conservative Party, criticized Trudeau's government for being subservient to the Chinese Communist Party, which not only failed to rescue Kang Mingkai and Spavor, but also allowed the Chinese Communist Party to bully Canada more and more brutally.
O'Toole said the Chinese Communist Party has retaliated against Canada with trade and has further victimized Canadian citizens by appropriating the results of Canadian vaccine research.
He said Canada's Department of National Defence made the right decision and should never have engaged in military cooperation with the Chinese Communist Party. "It's no accident that the Chinese Communist Party is stealing our intellectual property rights, conducting cyber espionage and interfering with Canadian society."
The Chinese Communist Party is "an enemy, not a friend" to Canada, O'Toole said, adding that "what China (the Communist Party) has done confirms that it is not a partner or friend of Canada, and that China (the Communist Party) only violates human rights and the rule of law."
Canadian current affairs commentator Guo Yiping said the United States and Canada must work together to make common cause in dealing with the Chinese Communist Party. The U.S. and Canada have long signed the North American Joint Air Defense Agreement, and the military approach must be consistent.
