【中国观察2020年12月19日讯】12月18日，身在北京的中共外交部长王毅，通过视讯参加纽约的亚洲协会（Asia Society）主办的活动。他总结美中关系的过去，并称，美中关系在今年出现螺旋式下滑，跌入建交41年来的低点。

王毅把两国关系恶化的原因归咎于美国。他宣称美国对中共是有罪推定，是执意把中共视为战略威胁。同时，他又呼吁美国停止贸易战、媒体战等各领域的战争，声称，“谁也离不开谁，谁也改变不了谁，谁也不必取代谁”。

王毅老调重弹放软话，引来众多网友嘲讽：“一掐脖子就翻白眼、一松手就吹牛”。这句话每隔一段时间就派上用场，乐此不疲。”

“对中共这样的白眼狼，不能心慈手软，借用毛泽东的一首诗句：宜将剩勇追穷寇，不可沽名学霸王。中共不灭世界不会太平的。”

“军事扩张，台湾施压，疫情隐瞒，国内禁言，宗教镇压，撕毁，践踏协议……恶贯满盈！幻想如六四事件再次逃脱！不可能！美国人民已不会再上当受骗了！”

也有网友表示：让我们温习一下这几年中共战狼的高论：中美关系好也好不到哪里去，坏也坏不到哪里去；中美关系是你中有我，我中有你，中美经贸互补；中美是夫妻关系，谁也离不开谁…….。

美中双方自2018年7月开打贸易战以来，川普政府对中共的制裁步步加码。尤其进入2020年以来，中共隐瞒疫情且采取战狼外交应对，并在香港、台湾、新疆、印度、南海等诸多重大问题上，接连做出挑衅动作，特别是疫情期间推出强压香港的国安法，导致美中关系搞砸，招来以美国为首的世界联盟的围剿。

在此背景下，美国总统大选，被指中共棋子的拜登阵营，又曝出有预谋、大范围的舞弊行为，且牵出中共的深度干预。自11月以来，川普政府对中共展开了全方位制裁，从限止中共党员入境，到制载14名副国级党员及迫害法轮功的恶警，再到对中共企业的大规模拉清单等等，直击中共要害。

面对川普政府的连串打击，中共战狼12月初已经急剧放软调门。

12月3日，中共驻美国大使崔天凯称，中方愿意考虑重开美国驻华领事馆，并允许美国记者重返中国。

中共外交部副部长乐玉成5日在中国智库国际影响力论坛上，则强调中美两国“没有理由不合作，没有理由拒绝共赢的未来”。

王毅7日也曾向美国喊话说，中美应开启各层级对话，任何问题都可拿到桌面上谈。并称中方的“对话大门始终敞开着”。

网民纷纷嘲讽，面对川普政府的重击，中共外交战狼再度集体认怂了。
