国富豪马云近期接连遭北京当局整肃，不但蚂蚁上市计划被叫停，其在云南新建的湖畔大学分校的招标规划也于近日被终止，更有知情者向外媒披露，北京当局派出的一个调查组，已于本周进驻阿里巴巴。

【中国观察2020年12月20日讯】自由亚洲电台周四（17日）报导称，一名跟阿里集团有联络的知情人披露，中共当局派出的一个联合调查组最近已进驻阿里集团，同时马云正在筹建的湖畔大学云南分校的招标规划也被叫停。

“中央联合调查组进驻阿里，然后湖畔大学云南分校都停了，他正在施工，在建造。” 这名消息人士强调说：“但是中央联合调查组最近这两天，我是昨天收到进驻消息的。”

报导表示，有来自多方的消息证实了上述马云的境况，但具体情况仍有待进一步了解，阿里集团也暂时没有对该台的求证作出回应。

这篇报导引述昆明大学金融学者张谨的话表示，以当前中国政治形势的发展情况来看，马云的处境会越来越糟糕。

张谨指出，马云近期做的几件事都令北京高层非常不满：其一，金融是中共政府的命脉所在，而蚂蚁金服要上市，等同“身怀利器”，肯定要被追究的；其二，马云还公开批评政府的金融监管问题，“完全是在向高层权力发出挑战”，这是中共高层很厌恶的事。

“除非他有更好的奉献，否则他被整肃。”张谨说，“他无非也是中共资产的一个白手套、一个代持人，把他的权力及财富收回去，那是分分钟的事情。”

而前述知情人士提到的湖畔大学云南分校的建设被叫停的事件，在上周四已被云南官方机构公布出来。

据公开的资讯，云南昆明西山区滇池西岸片区征地拆迁工作指挥部综合协调处本月10日发布公告称，因该区控制范围调整，已决定终止西山区白鱼口片区的控制性详细规划项目。这意味着马云在云南白鱼口彩云湾梦想小镇新建一座湖畔大学分校的计划遇阻，该分校项目的招标规划被终止。

资料显示，湖畔大学并不是中共教育部统管下的传统意义上的大学，也不是民办教育培训机构，其实质上是以民办非企业的名义注册的社会组织。该大学由阿里巴巴集团前董事局主席马云及9位企业家和学者在2015年联合创办，本部位于浙江杭州。

湖畔大学由马云亲任校长，马云、柳传志等企业家亲自授课。该大学的招生对象是企业决策者，条件是必须创业3年以上、年度营收超过3000万元人民币以及企业纳税3年以上的。

该校于今年8月25日确定在云南昆明滇池设立分校，原计划建设用地面积约903公顷，农林用地及水域面积约378公顷，总面积约1281公顷，不料却在正式招标前夕被当地政府叫停。

有学者分析指出，可能北京当局已经意识到与商人联合的危险性，因此决绝出手阻止其继续扩大规模，下一步有可能会直接关闭湖畔大学。

Radio Free Asia reported on Thursday that a source close to Alibaba disclosed that a joint investigation team sent by the Chinese Communist Party authorities has been stationed at Alibaba recently, and that the tender for the Yunnan branch of Lakeside University, which Jack Ma was planning to build, has also been halted.

"The central joint investigation team was stationed in Ali, and then the Lakeside University Yunnan campus was all stopped, he was under construction and building." The source stressed, "But the Central Joint Investigation Team has been in town for the last two days, and I received the news of its entry yesterday."

The report said there are sources from multiple sources confirming Ma's situation as described above, but the details are still to be further understood and Ali Group has not responded to the station's request for confirmation for now.

The report quoted Zhang Zhuan, a finance scholar at Kunming University, as saying that Ma's situation would get worse given the current political situation in China.

Zhang pointed out that Ma has recently done several things that have made Beijing's top brass very unhappy: for one, finance is the lifeblood of the Communist Party's government, and for Ant Financial to go public is tantamount to "carrying a powerful weapon" that will surely be pursued; for another, Ma has openly criticized the government's financial regulation, "a complete challenge to the top power," something the top brass is very disgusted by.

"Unless he has better dedication, he is being purged." Zhang Zhuan said, "He is nothing more than a white glove, a proxy holder of the CCP's assets, and it is a matter of minutes to take back his power and wealth."

The incident mentioned by the aforementioned source that the construction of the Yunnan branch of Lakeside University was called off was announced by official Yunnan agencies last Thursday.

According to publicly available information, the Comprehensive Coordination Office of the Land Acquisition and Demolition Work Command of the West Bank Area of Dianchi in Xishan District, Kunming, Yunnan Province, issued an announcement on the 10th of this month that it had decided to terminate the control detailed planning project of the Baiyukou Area in Xishan District due to the adjustment of the control scope of the area. This means that Jack Ma's plan to build a new branch of Lakeside University in the dream town of Baiyukou Caiyun Bay in Yunnan has been blocked, and the tender planning for the branch project has been terminated.

According to information, Lakeside University is not a university in the traditional sense under the control of the Communist Party's Ministry of Education, nor is it a private education and training institution, but is essentially a social organization registered as a private non-enterprise. The university was co-founded in 2015 by Jack Ma, former chairman of the board of directors of Alibaba Group, and nine entrepreneurs and academics, with its headquarters in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province.

Lakeside University is headed by Jack Ma himself, and is taught by Jack Ma, Liu Chuanzhi and other entrepreneurs. The university is aimed at business decision makers, and the conditions are that they must have been in business for more than 3 years, have annual revenue of more than RMB 30 million, and have paid taxes on their businesses for more than 3 years.

The university confirmed the establishment of a campus in Yunnan's Kunming Dianchi on Aug. 25 this year, with a planned construction site of about 903 hectares and 378 hectares of agricultural and forestry land and water, for a total area of about 1,281 hectares, which was unexpectedly stopped by the local government on the eve of the official bidding.

Some scholars have pointed out that Beijing authorities may have realized the danger of joining hands with businessmen, so they have decided to stop its further expansion, and may shut down Lakeside University directly next.
