同日，新华网置顶大头条的文章，也极力恭维习近平“围绕人类将何去何从”提出了方案。习近平不但被捧为中共的最高权威，也被捧为世界的权威。新华网还报导，中共人大通过“加强国有资产管理情况监督的决定”。新华网又用另外两篇报导，谈蚂蚁集团的“垄断”。这些内容，为中共讲政治“这门大学问”提供了最好的注脚。
党媒解读中共政治局生活会不寻常
中共政治局12月24日至25日召开了所谓民主生活会，人人过关向习近平表态、表忠心。新华社授命，继续解读这次会议，生怕中共内部还有人看不明白。评论称，习近平讲话的重要主题就是“讲政治”，阐述了“什么是讲政治、为什么要讲政治、怎么讲政治”。
文章再次称，今年是中共“历史上、中华民族历史上，也是人类历史上极不寻常的一年”，“在泰山压顶的危难时刻”，以习近平为“核心”，在“极不寻常的年份创造了极不寻常的辉煌”。同时还称，这次“民主生活会，更具有不同寻常的重要意义”。
如此之多的“极不寻常”和“不同寻常”，显示了中共内部的确不寻常，或者说，中共高层对自身权威的担忧不寻常。
文章称，“讲政治，概括起来说就是从政治上观察和处理问题”，并解读“讲政治背后的大逻辑”，就是面对“外部环境风高浪急，来自政治、经济、文化、军事、社会、国际、自然等领域的挑战纷至沓来”，“以习近平同志为核心……沉着应对……领导力是最关键的……判断力、决策力、行动力具有决定性作用”。
文章还举例说，“拿疫情防控工作来说”，“我们什么都可以豁得出来”，才有了“史无前例严格管控的重要决策”，“政治勇气和历史担当”是“关键因素”。
2020年中共不断走下坡路，与中共病毒疫情的关联最大，或者说，与中共隐瞒疫情直接相关。中共党媒无法绕过这一话题，却把隐瞒疫情的罪责，称为“政治勇气和历史担当”，还称“什么都可以豁得出来”，这样的辩白可算史无前例，但如此推责恐怕无法向内外交代，更难保权威。文章还提到了虚假的“脱贫”，显得苍白无力；所谓的“战略定力”，就更无从谈起。
实际上，中共高层恰恰没有了“定力”，才授意党媒不断喊话“政治安全为大”、同中央“保持高度一致”，维护“权威和集中统一领导”。
文章称，“这些要求，是讲政治的高线”，中央政治局成员要“带头做到”，“时刻自重自省自警自励，做到慎独慎初慎微慎友”。
可见，25名中共政治局委员内部都难以统一，更别提各级官员了。2020年中共面临危局，全部推给“外部环境风高浪急”，中共高层自称“创造了极不寻常的辉煌”，却也自知难以令中共内部信服。面对困局毫无解决之道，中共再怎么“讲政治”也无济于事。
新华社把习近平捧为世界领袖
新华社深知光谈“讲政治”远远不够，于是在置顶大头条中总结《在世界大变局中引领前行的方向——2020年中国元首外交综述》。文章称，“习近平以大国领袖的全球视野和使命担当密集开展元首外交”，习近平“登高望远，围绕人类将何去何从”，“引领正确前进方向”。
中共党媒的逻辑，是把习近平拔高到世界领袖，自然更是中共的领袖。但中共承认“外部环境风高浪急”、“泰山压顶”，面对国际困局实际无解。美国政府切断了与中共的联系，撤走了驻华大使；中共试图从欧洲突破却铩羽而归；中共外交部发言人赵立坚扬言戳瞎“五眼联盟”；中印交恶；中日不睦；东南亚各国正在纷纷倒向美国；中共在台海自乱阵脚……中共外交空间急剧萎缩，哪还有元首外交？中共高层虽然不断视频讲话，但又能指导谁呢？
文章还称，“世界是不是又要回到靠拳头说话”时代？
“靠拳头说话”一直是中共最信奉的战狼外交信条，结果中共的“拳头”打出去，最终都打到了自己身上，如今被打趴了，无力挥拳了。
文章重复“推动构建新型国际关系，推动构建人类命运共同体”。世界确实在构建新型的国际关系，但中共已无力参与，或者说，新的国际关系正在把中共政权排除在外。
这样的事实，中共高层不肯公开承认，主要因为不敢承认一系列的对外失策，这样的权威还能维持多久？
人大获得国有资产监管的权力
同日，新华网发布了中共人大《关于加强国有资产管理情况监督的决定》。
决定称，“完善各类国有资产报表体系”，“从价值和实物等方面，反映国有资产存量情况和变动情况”，“全面、客观、精准反映管理情况和管理成效”。
中国经济状况窘迫，国企经营不善、屡屡违约，中共自然要进一步把国有资产抓在手里，以维系中共政权。这样的工作职责，落给了国务院，要求“建立健全整改与问责机制”，“整改与问责情况”要向“人大常委会报告”，“人大常委会可以听取报告并进行审议”。
这意味着，李克强又多了一道紧箍咒，这或许是“讲政治”的另一举措。中共人大的权力正接近纪委，人大将建立“国有资产监督与国家监察监督相衔接的有效机制”，“推动整改问责”。
此外，还有预算机制也执行类似的监管，橡皮图章的人大，俨然有了实权。政治局常委内部分工，似乎正在发生悄然的变化。
蚂蚁集团再被约谈
12月27日，新华社还在醒目位置，两度报导蚂蚁集团，一条为《中国人民银行副行长潘功胜就金融管理部门约谈蚂蚁集团有关情况答记者问》，另一条为《经济日报再评蚂蚁集团被二次约谈：扎牢金融科技发展的制度“篱笆”》。
12月26日，中共人民银行、银保监会、证监会、外汇局等金融管理部门再次联合约谈了蚂蚁集团。报导称，“蚂蚁集团必须自觉遵守国家法律法规，必须将企业发展融入到国家发展大局中，必须切实承担企业社会责任”。
这类说法，也是之前对民营企业的要求，不但中共内部要“讲政治”，国有企业要“讲政治”，民营企业也要“讲政治”。
报导列出了蚂蚁集团的主要问题，“公司治理机制不健全；法律意识淡漠，藐视监管合规要求，存在违规监管套利行为；利用市场优势地位排斥同业经营者；损害消费者合法权益，引发消费者投诉等”，金融管理部门还提出了“整改要求”。
这些内容证实了近期的传闻，蚂蚁集团恐怕最后免不了充公的命运。报导还描述监管原则，“坚决打破垄断，纠正、查处不正当竞争行为”，“金融活动必须依法依规纳入监管”。
文章没有透露，中共国有企业，包括金融业皆为垄断，如何打破？蚂蚁集团涉及违法，其庞大运作背后涉及中共各级官员和权贵阶层，否则怎会绕过法律约束，如何处理这些人的违法问题？更多中共权贵操控的类似企业，又如何处理违法问题？
文章称，“此次约谈是落实中央政治局会议和中央经济工作会议精神的具体举措”。这样的描述实际再次证明：权大于法。
新华社还称，加强监管不是“冬天”。中共高层明知，所谓的约谈定性方式不合法、不合规，但因为影响太大，也不能单纯“讲政治”，试图套上法律的外衣。但这确实是中共“讲政治”的一个实例，表面上是民营企业经营问题，背后实质是中共内斗的一部分，涉及到中共权贵的重新分赃。
同日，新华社一面报导北京新增中共病毒案例，一面还在鼓励节日旅游、促进消费。中共的“讲政治”中，老百姓的生命、生活都无关紧要，哪个人掌权、哪些人掌权才是“讲政治”的真正意涵。
“外部环境风高浪急”、“泰山压顶”之下，中共岌岌可危，中共高层不得不急切地“讲政治”，但中共的“讲政治”还能持续多久呢？
CCP Politburo Meeting Unusual, Party Media Tout Politics
