【中国观察北京时间2026年09月02日讯】台风“沙德尔”袭击中国后，又在南海复活，转头北上，给福建和浙江带去暴雨洪灾。网络视频显示，多地被洪水淹没，伤亡情况不明。
9月1日，已经停止编号的台风“沙德尔”，突然在海南岛附近海域复活，转头沿着东南沿海北上，将于1日至3日给海南、广州、福建等地带来暴雨。
网传大量视频显示，福建莆田仙游县、福建泉州市、福建宁德福鼎市、浙江温州瑞安市都已爆发洪灾，一片末日景象。

其中泉州市河市镇受灾严重，急流冲入街道和社区，大量汽车被冲泡，街边商铺被淹没。当地民众爆料，据说是管理水闸的工作人员外出喝酒，水闸没有及时开启，导致河流溃堤。

福鼎市洪灾也非常恐怖。山洪如野马一样奔流而下，沿途冲毁建筑，卷走车辆和各种杂物。城区已经成为一片汪洋。
