【中国观察2020年12月10日讯】全球声援中国民众控江刑事举报连署 总协调朱婉琪：“那些迫害真善忍的元凶江泽民与追随者，必须要对中国的历史、中国的法律、中国的人民，负起最终的责任。”“但对于(现在)当权者，如果继续这场迫害的话，没有任何人能够逃离历史和法律的审判。”
国际人权日前夕，人权律师朱婉琪公布，全球37个国家或地区，超过380万民众连署刑事举报，要求中国司法机关，法办元凶江泽民迫害法轮功的反人类罪、群体灭绝罪行。
英国外交大臣 拉布(Dominic Raab, 2020.7)：“我们深为关切基督徒、穆斯林、佛教徒和法轮功学员，在中国因宗教或信仰而遭受迫害。”
2015年起，全球各城市的志工，坚持征集签名，即便在中共病毒(Covid-19)疫情压力下还在持续，累计超过380万人(3,804,407)连署举报。其中，亚洲7国，台湾超过126万人、日本超过93万、韩国67万。澳洲超过20万人。而欧洲29国，以乌克兰、荷兰、以色列、西班牙、捷克、及俄国，人数最多。朱婉琪感谢380万人，站在正义良知的一边，支持法轮功学员追究元凶。
中华民国立法委员 洪申翰：“人民发起的起诉行动，确是对中共不义政权或威权扩张政权，很大的反抗，希望有更多人站出来，给予人权恶棍最大的压力。”
除了民众举报元凶江泽民外，2020年有35个国家或地区超过900名跨党派议员与政要连署声明，要求中共立即停止对法轮功系统性的野蛮迫害。
瑞典国会议员 阿尔梅 ( Ann-Sofie Alm, 2020.7) ：“超过500名国会重量级要人、和前国会议员等政要，联合声明(制止迫害法轮功)，这个联合声明很有震慑力。 我们要站出来反抗（中共）。 ”
瑞典国会副议长 福拿尔维 (Lotta Johnsson Fornarve, 2020.8)：“重要的是瑞典政要不会被吓著或噤声，我们必须捍卫中国和世界各地的人权。我们会继续为中国的人权工作，捍卫法轮功。”
美国国务卿 蓬佩奥 (Mike Pompeo, 2020.10.3)：“的确，和平的法轮功修炼被禁止，法轮功学员经常被关进监狱。我们已对那些(迫害信仰)责任人采取行动，重要的是，我们在世界范围召集我们朋友与盟友，在做同样的事情。”
美国总统川普在去年(2019年7月)、国务卿蓬佩奥在今年(2020年12月)，亲自接见受迫害的法轮功学员。朱婉琪引述国务卿7月声明，“中共迫害法轮功21年太久了，迫害该立即停止”；美国政府也对中共党员、人权恶棍、港府官员祭出多项制裁，例如紧缩入境和移民、冻结财产。12月，欧盟27国外长通过欧盟版人权问责法案(Magnitsky Act)，推动27国立法。朱婉琪说，国际社会采取同一立法准则，问责人权恶棍，已经成为捍卫国际人权的国际共识。

朱婉琪表示，中国的现当权者，如果不顺天应人的、将迫害法轮功等无辜中国民众的元凶及严重追随者绳之以法，迟早将成为被制裁的对象。
加拿大国会议员 贝赞(James Bezan, 2020.10)：“我们希望看到加拿大政府依据这一法案(Magnitsky Act)，针对那些在过去21年中，对法轮功修炼者进行逮捕、迫害、杀戮和强摘器官的中共高官，实施制裁。”
德国国会人权委员会主席 颜森(Gyde Jensen, 2020.10.1) ：“我们要求针对藐视人权的中共官员进行制裁。”
朱婉琪说，在世界讲述迫害的真相，也使各国民众认识到，中共政权绝对不会善待世界，正邪不两立；连署举报，会持续做下去，希望更多世界民众、每个人都站出来，选择普世价值，制止中共暴行。

On the eve of International Human Rights Day, human rights lawyer Zhu Wanqi announced that more than 3.8 million people in 37 countries or regions around the world have signed a criminal report to demand that the Chinese judiciary, bring to justice the culprit Jiang Zemin for his persecution of Falun Gong for crimes against humanity and mass extermination.
British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab (2020.7): "We are deeply concerned that Christians, Muslims, Buddhists and Falun Gong practitioners are being persecuted in China because of their religion or belief."
Since 2015, volunteers in cities around the world, persistently collecting signatures, even under the pressure of the Chinese Communist virus (Covid-19) epidemic continues, accumulating over 3.8 million (3,804,407) co-signed reports. Among them, 7 countries in Asia, more than 1.26 million people in Taiwan, more than 930,000 in Japan, 670,000 in South Korea. Australia more than 200,000 people. Republic of China legislator Hong Shen-Han: "The prosecution initiated by the people is indeed a great rebellion against the unrighteous regime of the Chinese Communist Party or the authoritarian expansion of the regime, and I hope more people will come forward to put maximum pressure on the human rights villains."

In addition to the public reporting of the culprit Jiang Zemin, more than 900 cross-party parliamentarians and dignitaries from 35 countries and regions have signed a statement in 2020 calling on the Chinese Communist Party to immediately stop the systematic and brutal persecution of Falun Gong.
Swedish MP Ann-Sofie Alm (2020.7): "The joint statement (to stop the persecution of Falun Gong) by more than 500 parliamentary heavyweights, former members of parliament, and other dignitaries is very powerful. We have to stand up against (the Chinese Communist Party). "

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo (2020.10.3): "Indeed, peaceful Falun Gong practice is banned and Falun Gong practitioners are routinely imprisoned. We have taken action against those responsible (for persecuting the faith), and importantly, we are rallying our friends and allies around the world to do the same thing."

U.S. President Donald Trump met personally with persecuted Falun Gong practitioners last year (July 2019) and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo this year (December 2020). In December, the 27 foreign ministers of the European Union adopted the EU version of the Human Rights Accountability Act ( Magnitsky Act), which promotes legislation in 27 countries. Zhu Wanqi said the international community has adopted the same legislative guidelines to hold human rights villains accountable, which has become an international consensus to defend international human rights.

Zhu Wanqi said that China's current rulers will sooner or later be the target of sanctions if they do not bring to justice the culprits and serious followers of the persecution of innocent Chinese people, including Falun Gong, in accordance with heaven.
Canadian MP James Bezan (2020.10): "We would like to see the Canadian government impose sanctions under the Magnitsky Act on senior Chinese officials who have arrested, persecuted, killed and forcibly harvested organs from Falun Gong practitioners over the past 21 years. "
Gyde Jensen, President of the German Parliamentary Human Rights Committee (2020.10.1): "We demand that sanctions be imposed on Chinese Communist Party officials who flout human rights."
Zhu Wanqi said that telling the truth about the persecution in the world also makes people from all over the world realize that the Chinese Communist regime will never treat the world well, and that good and evil are not mutually exclusive; the serial reporting will continue to be done in the hope that more people in the world, everyone, will stand up and choose universal values to stop the Chinese Communist atrocities.
