2020年12月12日是“西安事变”（亦称双十二事变）84周年。中共央企中国联通山东分公司客服官方微博发布一张纪念海报，上面出现了“攘外必先安内”的字样。
观察者网称，“抗日必先剿匪，攘外必先安内”是当年蒋介石国民党政府在抗日时，坚持的“剿共”政策，最终因“西安事变”而中止；在“西安事变”84周年纪念日，这句话出现于“中国联通山东客服”发布的纪念海报上，引发网民热议。
1931年7月23日，蒋介石发布《告全国同胞一致安内攘外》一文中写道：“抗日必先剿匪，攘外必先安内，安内以攘外，剿匪以抗日”。蒋介石当时意在集中力量剿灭“共匪”，之后再完成对日抗战的最终目标。
但蒋介石提出的这一政策被中共歪曲为“不抵抗政策”。
1936年12月12日，在中共的幕后推动策划下，张学良和杨虎城在西安发动了武装军事政变，即“西安事变”，将前来督战的蒋介石劫持扣留，蒋介石67名警卫被杀。
西安事变后，张学良透露，他一直为这一行动后悔，至死都未曾回到过故土，并称自己是“罪人中的罪魁”。
1991年张学良到美国后，接受美媒采访时，解释了他当年为何决定送蒋介石离开西安，并接受惩罚，他说：“那是叛乱，我不得不负起责任。”
蒋介石：中共人面兽心
蒋介石生前多次发表“剿共”宣言。1933年，他在黄埔军校第二期军官训练团的开学训词中，提到共产党毁掉中国人五千年来历代圣哲所倡导的做人的道理，要让中国人都变成一个不忠不孝，无礼无义的禽兽！
他说，“我们剿匪就是要剿灭这个禽兽，要将匪区里面的人民救转过来做一个人，不让他们始终陷在匪区沦为禽兽！”
蒋介石把中共称作“人面兽心”。说中共虽然具备人类的面目，其实包藏禽兽的祸心，其心思、精神、以及一切的行动，完全和禽兽一样。这种人就是所谓“衣冠禽兽”！绝对不好叫做一个人！
蒋介石痛斥中共：出卖祖宗，去拜外国的祖宗，拜列宁，拜马克斯等外国人为祖宗，这种不忠、不孝、不仁、不义的土匪，完全是禽兽一样，不能叫做人，更不能叫做中国人。
1967年，中国民众遭受文革之乱，反传统登峰造极。蒋介石痛心疾首，指责中共“是全人类、全民族的大敌，唯有在时间的考验之下，在民族大义的震铄之前，才能揭穿它欺诈、恐怖、残忍、疯狂的秽乱罪行！”

December 12, 2020 marks the 84th anniversary of the Xi'an Incident (also known as the Double 12 Incident). The official microblog of the Shandong branch of the Communist Party of China (CPC) issued a commemorative poster with the phrase "To expel the outside world, we must first secure the inside".
According to the Observer, the phrase "to resist Japan, we must first suppress the bandits, and to suppress the outside world, we must first secure the inside world" was the policy of Chiang Kai-shek's Kuomintang government to suppress the Communists during the resistance against Japan, which was eventually suspended due to the Xi'an Incident; on the 84th anniversary of the Xi'an Incident, the phrase appeared on a commemorative poster released by "China Unicom Shandong Customer Service", sparking hot debate among netizens.
In the article, Chiang Kai-shek wrote: "To resist Japan, we must first eliminate bandits, and to eliminate foreigners, we must first eliminate them. Chiang Kai-shek's intention at that time was to concentrate his efforts on eliminating the "communist bandits" and then complete the ultimate goal of resistance against Japan.
However, this policy proposed by Chiang Kai-shek was distorted by the Chinese Communist Party as the "non-resistance policy".
On December 12, 1936, with the help of the Chinese Communist Party, Zhang Xueliang and Yang Hucheng staged an armed military coup in Xi'an, known as the Xi'an Incident, and detained Chiang Kai-shek, who had come to supervise the war. 67 of his guards were killed.
After the Xi'an Incident, Zhang Xueliang revealed that he always regretted this action and never returned to his homeland until his death, calling himself "the chief of sinners".
In an interview with the American media after his arrival in the United States in 1991, Zhang explained why he decided to send Chiang Kai-shek away from Xi'an and accept his punishment, saying, "It was a rebellion, and I had to take responsibility for it."

Chiang Kai-shek: The Chinese Communist Party has a human face and a beastly heart
In 1933, in his opening speech to the second officer training corps of the Whampoa Military Academy, Chiang Kai-shek said that the Communist Party had destroyed the principles of human decency that had been advocated by Chinese sages for 5,000 years, and that the Chinese people had become disloyal, ungrateful, rude and unrighteous beasts!
He said, "Our fight against the bandits is to exterminate this beast, to save the people inside the bandit areas and turn them around to become a human being, so that they will not always be trapped in the bandit areas and become a beast!"
Chiang Kai-shek called the Chinese Communist Party "a human face and a beast's heart". Although the Chinese Communist Party had the face of a human being, it actually harbored the heart of a beast, and its mind, spirit, and all actions were exactly like those of a beast. This kind of person is the so-called "beast in clothing"! Definitely not a good name for a person!
Chiang Kai-shek denounced the Communist Party of China: betraying their ancestors and worshiping foreign ancestors, such as Lenin and Marx, as their ancestors.
