【中国观察2020年12月22日讯】12月18日，蓬佩奥在接受知名保守派广播节目“马克莱文秀（The Mark Levin Show）”专访时表示，公众已经深刻意识到面临中国共产党带来的所有风险，这是川普（特朗普）总统及其组建的团队共同完成出色工作的直接结果。
蓬佩奥说，由于中共的渗透与利益诱惑，导致美国损失了大量的就业机会，商业知识产权被盗。中共向美国输入大量间谍，他们很多就混迹于来美的中国学者、留学生中。
蓬佩奥还谈到发源于湖北武汉的中共病毒。他说，所有人仍在遭受这种病毒的困扰，全世界现在可以看到，中国共产党掩盖从武汉传出的病毒疫情并甩锅。“现在我们都在受苦。许多人丧生，并对世界造成巨大经济影响。”
《纽约时报》19日发布该报获得数千份中共的机密文件，显示中共在2020年1月就开始对疫情信息进行控制。中共网信办要求新闻网站，只能与中共政府的口径一致，不准将疫情与2002年在中国和其它地方出现的致命萨斯（SARS）疫情相提并论。
主持人莱文（Mark Levin）提到，美国左派媒体不仅帮助中共隐瞒疫情，还将川普总统、国务卿以及其他人对中共病毒的揭露，予以否定并污蔑为是种族主义，而且还将病毒造成的一切损失、伤害全都归罪于川普总统。
篷佩奥说，这一切恰恰与中共领导人习近平及媒体，如《人民日报》和《环球时报》的宣传一脉相承。这是它们的叙事方式，类似于中共曾宣传美国士兵带来病毒的消息，这是虚假宣传。
“当我们的媒体直到今天拒绝报导事实时，中国共产党仍不允许对武汉的病毒起源进行调查。”篷佩奥表示，不幸的是，这些媒体没有向公众提供可靠的事实真相信息，从而欺骗了所有的美国人民。
蓬佩奥说，在很多情况下，美国媒体因为利益受制于中国共产党。媒体巨头在中国有业务，对吗？中国有14亿人口，他们想为这个市场服务，所以他们想在那里卖电影或流媒体产品，所以他们常常对中共屈膝叩首。
蓬佩奥说，“因此很不幸，这意味着他们的新闻机构也常常不愿报导中国（中共）这些违规行为；更糟糕的是，有时它们（美国媒体）实际上是在宣传中国（中共）。那是最糟糕的。”
主持人还提到，中共在国内建立集中营，涉及谋杀、酷刑、绝育、堕胎、强奸、奴工等，以及有很多记者在中国被捕入狱等种种恐怖行为。可是，左派媒体却没有发布任何相关报导。
蓬佩奥说，集中营是发生在中国西部的事情，在川普总统团队开始了解那里发生了什么情况之前，媒体没有任何报导。全世界都知道了，但是没有领导人准备谈论那里正在发生的事情。
他强调，这种报导很重要，因为我们了解中共的历史。他们历来都以此种方式对待自己的人民。美国有义务确保将这些暴政识别并标注出来，并竭尽所能以确保至少美国公司没有参与此类迫害活动。
在谈到左媒对俄罗斯黑客入侵美国的新闻报导时，篷佩奥说，普京确实对热爱自由的人们构成了风险。但是当今中共才是美国真正面临的、对美国构成生存威胁的挑战。
The 2020 U.S. election has revealed unprecedented fraudulent practices, with leftist media and technology giants accused of working with the Chinese Communist Party to interfere with the election and undermine American democracy. In a recent interview, U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo criticized the leftist media for bending over backwards to the Chinese Communist Party and becoming an accomplice of the Chinese Communist Party because of its interests.
In a December 18 interview on the Mark Levin Show, a leading conservative radio program, Pompeo said the public is acutely aware of all the risks posed by the Chinese Communist Party as a direct result of the excellent work President Trump and his team have put together.
Pompeo said the U.S. has lost a significant number of jobs and had commercial intellectual property stolen due to the Chinese Communist Party's infiltration and lure of profit. The Communist Party has imported a large number of spies into the United States, many of whom are among the Chinese scholars and students coming to the United States.
Pompeo also spoke about the Chinese Communist virus that originated in Wuhan, Hubei province. He said everyone is still suffering from the virus, and the world can now see that the Chinese Communist Party covered up the virus epidemic coming out of Wuhan and dumped the blame. "Now we are all suffering. Many people have lost their lives and there is a huge economic impact on the world."
The New York Times published on the 19th that the newspaper had obtained thousands of classified Chinese Communist Party documents showing that the Communist Party began to control information about the outbreak in January 2020. The Communist Party's Internet Information Office has asked news websites, which can only be consistent with the Communist Party government's caliber, not to compare the outbreak to the deadly Sars (SARS) epidemic that emerged in China and elsewhere in 2002.
Host Mark Levin said the leftist media not only helped the Chinese Communist Party hide the outbreak, but also dismissed and slandered as racist revelations about the virus by President Trump, the secretary of state and others, and blamed President Trump for all the damage and harm caused by the virus.
All of this, Tampopo said, is precisely in line with the propaganda of Communist Party leader Xi Jinping and the media, such as the People's Daily and the Global Times. It's their narrative, similar to the way the Chinese Communist Party once propagated the news that U.S. soldiers had brought the virus, which was false propaganda.
"While our media has refused to report the facts until today, the Chinese Communist Party still won't allow an investigation into the origin of the virus in Wuhan." Unfortunately, these media outlets have deceived all of the American people by failing to provide reliable factual truthful information to the public, said Pompeo.
In many cases, Pompeo said, the U.S. media is beholden to the Chinese Communist Party because of its interests. Media giants have a presence in China, right? China has 1.4 billion people and they want to serve that market, so they want to sell movies or streaming products there, so they often bow down to the Chinese Communist Party.
Pompeo said, "So unfortunately, that means that their news outlets are also often reluctant to report on these Chinese (CCP) violations; and worse, sometimes they (the U.S. media) actually promote China (CCP). That's the worst."
The moderator also mentioned that the Chinese Communist Party has set up concentration camps in the country, involving murder, torture, sterilization, abortion, rape, slave labor, and all the other horrors of having many journalists arrested and imprisoned in China. However, the leftist media did not publish any reports about it.
Pompeo said the concentration camps were something that happened in western China, and there was no media coverage until President Trump's team began to understand what was happening there. The world knew about it, but no leaders were prepared to talk about what was happening there.
He stressed that this kind of coverage is important because we know the history of the Chinese Communist Party. They have a history of treating their own people in this way. The United States has an obligation to make sure that these tyrannies are identified and labeled, and to do everything it can to make sure that at least U.S. companies are not involved in such persecution.
Referring to left-media news reports of Russian hacking of the United States, Tompeo said Putin does pose a risk to freedom-loving people. But today's Chinese Communist Party is the real challenge to the United States that poses an existential threat.
