川普说：“如果民主党总统候选人的选举被操纵和窃取，并有证据证明这种（窃选）行为达到了前所未有的水平，民主党参议员会认为这是一种战争行为，并进行殊死斗争。而米奇（参议院多数党领袖麦康奈尔）和共和党人却毫无作为，只想让它通过。不战而屈从！”

川普还批评联邦法院的大法官们，面对威胁国家的空前选举舞弊行为坐视不理。

他说：“美国最高法院在2020年总统大选中发生的大规模选举舞弊事件上，完全无能和软弱。我们有绝对的证据（证实存在舞弊），但他们不闻不问——他们说不具备‘立场’。如果我们的选举是腐败的，我们就将失去（我们的）国家！”

川普还引述一位在阿富汗工作的年轻军人的话讽刺说，他告诉我，“阿富汗的选举比美国2020年的大选要安全得多，而且运作得更好。我们的选举，有数以百万计的腐败的邮寄选票，是第三世界国家的选举。”

而对于此次调查大选舞弊过程中，司法部和联邦调查局（FBI）的表现，川普说：“司法部和FBI对2020年总统大选中，铁证如山般的选民欺诈案却毫无作为，这是我国历史上最大的诈骗案。他们应该感到羞愧。历史会记住的。永不放弃。1月6日在华盛顿D.C.见大家。”

1月6日，美国国会将举行联席会议，对选举人团的投票结果进行认证。不过，目前已经有多名众议员表示，将在会议上反对六个摇摆州的选举人团投票结果。参议员兰德•保罗（Rand Paul）和当选参议员汤米•杜伯维尔（Tommy Tuberville）也有意愿参与这项挑战。

根据相关规定，在国会联席会议上挑战任何一个州选举人团投票，至少需要一名参议员和一名众议员以书面形式共同发起。如果挑战成功，该州选举人票将无效。

U.S. President Donald Trump (Trump) on Saturday morning (Dec. 26) sent a series of tweets criticizing the Senate, the Justice Department and the federal Supreme Court for their cowardice in sitting on the massive fraud in the 2020 presidential election. He also said he would "never give up" and that he would "see you in Washington DC on January 6".

(China Watch, Dec. 26, 2020) - President Trump issued a series of tweets early Saturday morning, criticizing several official agencies for ignoring fraud in the presidential election.

Trump said, "If the election of the Democratic presidential nominee was rigged and stolen, and there was evidence that this (election theft) was at an unprecedented level, Democratic senators would consider this an act of war and fight to the death. And Mitch (Senate Majority Leader McConnell) and the Republicans are doing nothing but trying to get it passed. No war but submission!"

Trump also criticized the justices of the federal courts for sitting on their hands in the face of unprecedented election fraud that threatens the country.

He said, "The U.S. Supreme Court is completely incompetent and weak on the massive election fraud that took place in the 2020 presidential election. We have absolute proof (that there was fraud), but they don't listen - they say they don't have a 'position'. If our elections are corrupt, we will lose (our) country!"

Trump also quoted a young soldier working in Afghanistan who sarcastically told me, "Afghanistan's elections are much safer and better run than America's 2020 election. Our election, with millions of corrupt mail-in ballots, is the election of a third world country."

And on the performance of the Justice Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) during this investigation into election fraud, Trump said, "The Justice Department and the FBI did nothing about the ironclad voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election, the biggest fraud in the history of our country. They should be ashamed of themselves. History will remember. Never give up. see everyone in Washington D.C. on Jan. 6."

On January 6, the U.S. Congress will hold a joint session to certify the results of the Electoral College vote. However, several House members have already indicated that they will oppose the Electoral College vote results in six swing states at the meeting. Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) and Senator-elect Tommy Tuberville (R-TX) also have the will to participate in the challenge.

Under the rules, a challenge to any state's Electoral College vote in a joint session of Congress requires at least one Senator and one Representative to co-sponsor the challenge in writing. If the challenge is successful, the state's electoral votes will be invalidated.
