【中国观察2020年12月29日讯】明慧网报导，2020年4月7日晚和8日下午，香坊区多名法轮功学员用手机在私家车上打电话，告诉人们法轮功真相，以及躲避瘟疫的良方，被大庆市国保和让胡路区龙南分局警察蹲坑、跨地区绑架并非法抄家。
警察以疫情为借口不告诉他们的家人关押地点、不准家属探视、不允许存钱等。
后来得知，李力壮（男）、霍晓辉（男）被非法关押在大庆市肇州看守所；唐竹茵、李艳清、丁燕、焦其华、赵丽华五位女性法轮功学员被非法关押在大庆市第二看守所。其中唐竹茵已70岁，霍晓辉、丁燕、焦其华已超过60岁。
7人均被构陷到大庆市让胡路区检察院，又被构陷到大庆市让胡路区法院，将于12月29日下午1点半被非法视频庭审。
7名法轮功学员的概况：
唐竹茵，哈尔滨钨铂材料厂退休职工。1995年开始修炼法轮功后身体健康、家庭和睦，在单位里工作任劳任怨。在一次干部会议上，厂长说：“全厂职工都像唐竹茵学法轮功那样，咱厂就好了。”
1999年7月20日中共开始迫害法轮功后，唐竹茵为了说句公道话，于9月份去北京上访，被非法关押在北京朝阳区看守所，期间被人用冷水从头浇到脚。
2001年4月和2006年8月，她两次被非法劳教，共3年半。在哈尔滨万家劳教所里，警察把她的双腿捆住，吊到铁栏杆上。狱警吴洪勋在上铺床上用电棍电她的头，狱警于芳丽在下面用电棍电击她的手和胳膊，致其左胳膊和手很长时间不好使。
当时警察叫嚣：“这是上面命令，我们是工具，要说理去找江泽民！我们是吃这碗饭的，没办法。”
李力壮，男，47岁，毕业于哈尔滨医科大学，原是哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院骨外科主治医生，业务精湛，为人厚道。1995年修炼法轮功后，工作中尽职尽责、任劳任怨，从来不收红包。
他工作后不久，有位农村患者没钱配血做手术。为了不耽误治疗，李力壮无偿拿出一千多元资助患者，他当时每月工资只有三百多元。
因坚持对“真、善、忍”的信仰，他遭到多次非法关押、抄家，两次被非法劳教、一次非法判刑。在冤狱中煎熬了6年，遭受酷刑折磨：嘴被缠上胶带，头被套上塑料袋，被闷、烟熏，几乎窒息；被电棍电击，铐在铁椅子用细绳子加大力度捆绑；吃不饱饭，被禁止上厕所……
2020年4月8日，李力壮被大庆市公安局龙南分局警察在哈尔滨市香坊区哈尔滨电力职业技术学院东侧农电街上绑架。
李艳清，女，56岁，黑龙江大学本科毕业，文学学士学位，黑龙江农垦经济研究所退休职工。2015年，她依法向最高法院、最高检察院递交了起诉江泽民迫害法轮功的诉状，在当年8月上旬和9月下旬，两次遭到哈尔滨红旗大街派出所警察到家里和单位里骚扰。
10月28日下午，哈尔滨市红旗大街派出所警察李文滨和刘富强再次闯到她的单位，将她绑架到哈尔滨市拘留所非法拘留15天。2020年4月8日，李艳清在哈尔滨市香坊区建北小区附近被绑架。
丁燕，女，60岁，原是哈尔滨轴承厂医院的护士，现已退休。她丈夫霍晓辉今年61岁，原哈尔滨轴承厂公司党委干部，已退休两年。他看到妻子修炼法轮功后变得越来越和善、体贴，也随之开始修炼。
2020年4月8日下午1点多钟，丁燕和霍晓辉夫妇出门时，突然被从楼道里窜出的人拦腰抱住。几个人将他们强行推进屋，说是“省厅的”，在“执法”，就开始非法抄家，抢劫走家中的几本法轮功书籍等私人物品。
其间，丁燕家的亲属来她家取东西，被他们一再盘问，然后被要求赶快离开。后来得知黑龙江省公安厅反×教总队伙同大庆市国保及让胡路区龙南分局警察，对法轮功学员跟踪、蹲坑多日，然后实施跨区绑架。
丁燕及其他女法轮功学员先被劫持到大庆市杜蒙县拘留所非法拘留20天，之后又被劫持到大庆市第二看守所至今。
霍晓辉先被劫持到大庆市林甸县看守所，后又被非法关押在大庆市所属肇州市看守所至今。
焦其华，女，60岁，哈尔滨轴承厂退休职工，刚走入法轮功修炼不到一年，修炼后身心受益，本想通过打电话的方式告诉人们“法轮大法好、真善忍好”，却被剥夺人身自由达8个多月。
赵丽华，女，59岁，大专文化，修炼法轮功以后，头痛和失眠不治而愈。她的家庭很不幸，自己身边最亲的人——父母、儿子、妹妹都相继离世，丈夫和她离婚。她坚信“真、善、忍”，充实地生活，而今身陷囹圄，再一次陷入悲苦的境地中。
美国国务院制裁传递的警讯
美国国务院在12月10日国际人权日宣布，对17名迫害人权的外国官员进行制裁，其中包括迫害法轮功学员的中国厦门市公安局思明分局梧村派出所主管黄元雄及其配偶，禁止他们入境美国。
黄元雄因“拘留和审讯了法轮功学员”即被美国政府制裁、波及家人。
明慧网认为：美国国务院选择制裁一个级别几乎是最低的、迫害恶行范围有限的派出所警察。这或许在传递一个信息：所有迫害者都符合被制裁的界定标准。
Seven Falun Gong Practitioners in Harbin Face Illegal Trial

Seven Falun Gong practitioners, including Li Lizhuang, Huo Xiaohui, and Tang Zhuyin from Harbin's Xiangfang District, were abducted by police from Daqing City State Security and the Longnan Branch of Jeanhulu District in April 2020, and will face an illegal court hearing on the afternoon of December 29.
Minghui.org reported that on the evening of April 7 and afternoon of April 8, 2020, a number of Falun Gong practitioners in Xiangfang District were abducted and illegally raided by police from Daqing City State Security and the Longnan Branch Office of Jeanhulu District after making phone calls from their private cars to tell people the truth about Falun Gong and a recipe for avoiding the plague.
The police used the epidemic as an excuse not to tell their families where they were being held, not allowing family visits, not allowing money to be deposited, etc.
It was later learned that Li Lizhuang (male) and Huo Xiaohui (male) were illegally detained in Zhaozhou Detention Center in Daqing City; and five female Falun Gong practitioners, Tang Zhuyin, Li Yanqing, Ding Yan, Jiao Qihua, and Zhao Lihua, were illegally detained in Daqing City Detention Center No. 2. Among them, Tang Zhuyin is 70 years old, and Huo Xiaohui, Ding Yan, and Jiao Qihua are over 60 years old.
All seven were framed to the Daqing City Jeanhulu District Procuratorate and then framed to the Daqing City Jeanhulu District Court, where they will be illegally video-trialized at 1:30 p.m. on December 29.

Tang Zhuyin, a retired employee of the Harbin Tungsten Platinum Materials Factory, began practicing Falun Gong in 1995 and has enjoyed good health, family harmony, and has worked hard in her unit. At a meeting of cadres, the plant manager said, "If all the plant employees are like Tang Zhuyin who learned Falun Gong, our plant will be fine."
After the Chinese Communist Party began persecuting Falun Gong on July 20, 1999, Tang Zhuyin went to Beijing in September to petition for justice, and was illegally detained in Beijing's Chaoyang District Detention Center, where she was poured with cold water from head to toe.
She was illegally reeducated through labor twice, in April 2001 and August 2006, for a total of three and a half years. In the Harbin Wanjia Labor Camp, police tied her legs and hung her from the bars. Prison guard Wu Hongxun used an electric baton on her head on the upper bunk bed, and prison guard Yu Fangli used an electric baton on her hand and arm below, causing her left arm and hand to be bad for a long time.
At that time, the police shouted: "This is the order from above, we are tools, to reason to go to Jiang Zemin! We are eating this bowl of rice, no way."
Li Lizhuang, male, 47 years old, graduated from Harbin Medical University, was an attending doctor of orthopedic surgery at the First Hospital of Harbin Medical University, with excellent practice and generosity, and after practicing Falun Gong in 1995, he worked with dedication and responsibility, never receiving red packets.
Shortly after his work, a rural patient had no money to match blood for surgery. In order not to delay the treatment, Li Lijang freely gave out more than 1,000 yuan to support the patient, and his monthly salary at that time was only 300 yuan.
Because of his belief in "truth, goodness and tolerance", he was illegally imprisoned and raided several times, and was illegally reeducated through labor twice and illegally sentenced once. After six years in prison, he was tortured: his mouth was wrapped with tape, his head was covered with plastic bags, he was smothered, smoked, and almost suffocated; he was electrocuted with electric batons, handcuffed to an iron chair and tied with thin ropes with extra strength; he was not fed, and was forbidden to go to the toilet ......
On April 8, 2020, Li Lizhuang was kidnapped by the police of Longnan Branch of Daqing Municipal Public Security Bureau on the east side of Harbin Electric Power Vocational and Technical College on Nongdian Street, Xiangfang District, Harbin City.
Li Yanqing, female, 56 years old, graduated from Heilongjiang University with a bachelor's degree in literature and is a retired employee of the Heilongjiang Nongken Economic Research Institute. in 2015, she submitted a petition to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Procuratorate in accordance with the law to sue Jiang Zemin for persecution of Falun Gong, and was twice harassed by police officers from the Harbin Hongqi Street Police Station at her home and in her unit in early August and late September of that year.
On the afternoon of October 28, Harbin Hongqi Street Police Station police officers Li Wenbin and Liu Fuqiang again barged into her unit and abducted her to the Harbin City Detention Center for 15 days of illegal detention. On April 8, 2020, Li Yanqing was abducted near the Jianbei neighborhood in the Xiangfang District of Harbin City.
Ding Yan, female, 60 years old, formerly a nurse at Harbin Bearing Factory Hospital, is now retired. Her husband, Huo Xiaohui, 61 years old, formerly a cadre of the Party Committee of Harbin Bearing Factory Company, has been retired for two years. He saw that his wife became more and more kind and considerate after practicing Falun Gong, and he also started practicing with her.
At 1:00 p.m. on April 8, 2020, when Ding Yan and Huo Xiaohui were leaving their house, they were suddenly stopped by people who came out of the hallway. Several people forced them into the house, saying that they were from the provincial office and were "enforcing the law," and began to illegally raid their home, robbing them of several Falun Gong books and other personal items.
In the meantime, relatives of Ding Yan's family came to her house to get something, but they were questioned repeatedly and then asked to leave quickly. Later, it was learned that the Anti-x-religion Headquarters of the Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Department, together with the Daqing City State Security and the police of the Longnan Branch of the Jeanhulu District, followed and squatted Falun Gong practitioners for many days, and then carried out cross-district abductions.
Ding Yan and other female Falun Gong practitioners were first taken to Daqing City Dumeng County Detention Center for 20 days, and then to Daqing City Detention Center No. 2 for 20 days.
Huo Xiaohui was first taken to Lindian County Detention Center in Daqing City and then illegally detained in Zhaozhou City Detention Center in Daqing City.
Jiao Qihua, a 60-year-old female retired employee of Harbin Bearing Factory, had just entered Falun Gong practice less than a year ago and had benefited physically and mentally from the practice, but was deprived of her personal freedom for more than eight months.
Zhao Lihua, a 59-year-old woman with a college education, has recovered from headaches and insomnia after practicing Falun Gong. Her family was unfortunate, as her parents, son, and sister passed away one after another, and her husband divorced her. She believed in "truth, kindness, and forbearance" and lived a full life, but now that she is in prison, she is once again in a miserable situation.
A warning message from the U.S. State Department sanctions
On December 10, International Human Rights Day, the U.S. Department of State announced sanctions against 17 foreign officials for persecuting Falun Gong practitioners, including Huang Yuanxiong, head of the Wucun Police Station of the Siming Branch of the Xiamen Public Security Bureau in China, and his spouse, who were banned from entering the United States.
Huang was sanctioned by the U.S. government for "detaining and interrogating Falun Gong practitioners," and his family was affected.
According to Minghui.org, the U.S. State Department chose to sanction a police station officer of almost the lowest rank and limited scope of persecution. This may send a message that all persecutors meet the criteria for being sanctioned.
