【中国观察2021年1月5日讯】中国上海市静安区去年4月13日展开拆迁工程，大学生韩晓峰一家人不愿离开家园，和拆迁工人与警察发生了冲突，随后竟有反恐特警到场，韩晓峰全家4人见状跪下举手投降，却在此时遭到行刑式枪杀，造成1死2伤的憾事。而事后生还的韩晓峰和父母还被起诉「以危险方法危害公共安全」等罪嫌，全案经过外媒追踪采访后才赫然曝光。

据《自由亚洲电台》报导，当时的上海市官方说法是，拆迁人员行动时，韩晓峰住家内射出钢珠伤人，警方获报到场后也被韩晓峰与父母、舅父等4人攻击，包括丢掷砖块、空瓶、泼洒腐蚀性液体，菜刀砍人，并打开天然气与警察对峙。最后警方只得开枪制伏，韩晓峰与母亲被射伤、舅父鞠海良死亡。

韩晓峰与母亲接受治疗后，和父亲一起遭到拘留并起诉，韩晓峰依「以危险方法危害公共安全」的罪行被判处3年有期徒刑，缓刑4年，父母除了该罪嫌之外还被起诉寻衅滋事罪，目前还在羁押中。

然而，官方说法下却隐藏着真相，1名韩晓峰与鞠海良的直系亲属在接受《自由亚洲电台》广播节目「不同的声音」采访时，透露出了其中黑幕。原来当时开枪的不是普通警察，而是上海反恐特警总队战训支队四大队高级警官王俊，这正代表当时的拆迁抵抗已被政府认为是反恐层级的局面。

此外，当时反恐特警持枪进入屋内，韩晓峰全家人都下跪举手投降，却遭到特警王俊近距离行刑式地一一开枪、补枪，总共射出10发以上的子弹。

鞠海良被反恐特警枪击后，并不是当场毙命却没有马上送医，大约拖了20分钟后才送往急诊室，救治21天后身亡。鞠海良大腿上的枪伤状况经过专家判断，可能是被达姆弹所伤，韩晓峰也被同类子弹击中，伤口过了1年多都还会流脓。

事实上，这样的悲剧本来可以避免，因为警方并非官方所说的，在拆迁工人报警后才抵达现场，而是本来就在现场准备催泪瓦斯、高压水柱、橡皮子弹以镇压抵抗民众，因此有许多非杀伤性的武器可以使用，最后中共政府却派出反恐特警击毙平民。

According to Radio Free Asia, the official story in Shanghai at the time was that during the demolition operation, Han Xiaofeng's house shot out steel balls and injured people, and the police were reported to have been attacked by four people, including Han Xiaofeng, his parents and uncle, who threw bricks, empty bottles, threw corrosive liquids, chopped people with kitchen knives, and turned on the gas to confront the police. In the end, the police had to shoot and restrain Han Xiaofeng and his mother were shot and wounded, and his uncle Ju Hailiang died.

After receiving medical treatment, Han and his mother were detained and charged along with his father. Han was sentenced to three years in prison and four years probation for the crime of "endangering public safety by dangerous means.

In an interview with Radio Free Asia's radio program "Different Voices", a member of Han Xiaofeng and Ju Hailiang's immediate family revealed the dark side of the story. It turns out that the person who shot at that time was not an ordinary police officer, but a senior police officer Wang Jun of the fourth squad of the battle training detachment of the Shanghai Anti-Terrorist Special Police Headquarters, which just represents the situation that the demolition resistance at that time has been considered by the government as an anti-terrorist level.

In addition, when the anti-terrorist SWAT officers entered the house with guns, Han Xiaofeng's entire family knelt down and raised their hands in surrender, only to be shot at by SWAT officer Wang Jun one by one, execution-style, with more than 10 rounds of bullets fired in total.

Ju Hailiang was shot by the anti-terrorism police, not killed on the spot but not immediately sent to the hospital, about 20 minutes before being sent to the emergency room, died 21 days after treatment. The condition of the gunshot wound on Ju Hailiang's thigh was judged by experts to be probably caused by a dum-dum bullet, and Han Xiaofeng was also hit by a similar bullet, and the wound would still be septic after more than a year.

In fact, such a tragedy could have been avoided because the police did not arrive at the scene after the demolition workers called the police, as officially claimed, but were already prepared with tear gas, high-pressure water jets, and rubber bullets to suppress the resistance, so there were many non-lethal weapons that could have been used, but in the end the Chinese government sent anti-terrorist special police to kill civilians.
