【中国观察2020年12月16日讯】12月11号，中共中央政治局进行第26次集体学习，这是十九大以来，首次以“国家安全”为主题的集体学习。会议中，习近平强调要将国家安全贯穿该党和国家工作的各方面，还为2021年的社会和经济发展画了“底线”。
时事评论员李林一认为，这次会议重点，可以概括为：“把政治安全放在首要位置”。

按照这次会议的思路，近期有三件事值得关注。首先，政治局会议罕见提到“防止资本无序扩张”，说明中共对5160亿美元的高科技信贷感到不安。

此外，中缅边境建立边境墙，即所谓的“南方长城”，说是为了防止偷渡，主要担心疫情造成的不可控，也担忧缅甸新娘带来的问题。
李林一指出，中共现在怕政权倒台，而政治、经济、社会各方面更加收紧，可能导致民怨四起、经济效率更加低落。

In addition, a border wall, the so-called "Great Wall of the South," has been erected along the Sino-Burmese border, said to prevent smuggling, mainly because of concerns about the uncontrollable epidemic and the problems caused by Burmese brides.
Li Linyi pointed out that the Chinese Communist Party is now afraid of the fall of the regime, and the tightening of political, economic and social aspects may lead to public discontent and economic inefficiency.
