【中国观察北京时间2026年10月26日讯】10月25日晚，欧洲巴尔干半岛国家塞尔维亚的选举结果揭晓，“学生名单党”赢得了压倒性胜利，在议会250个席位中占据140席。执政的塞尔维亚进步党这次赢得了104个席位，近14年来首次沦为在野党。
欧洲新闻台（Euronews）报导指出，塞尔维亚25日的选举结果会被铭记为该国现代史上最重要的政治转折点之一，此次选举变天的力量并非来自传统的在野党，而是学生运动。
学生名单党（Student List）源自于数月的学生抗议运动，该运动后来发展成为该国的主导政治力量，将最初的社会反抗力量转化为参与选举的政党。据CNBC新闻网报导，学生名单党的候选人多是专业人士、运动员、农民及艺术家。
欧洲新闻台的报导指出，自从塞尔维亚进步党（SNS）上台以来，亚历山大·武契奇（Aleksandar Vučić）及其政治联盟几乎完全掌控了塞尔维亚的政治生活。十多年来，反对党一再试图打破这种格局，但都以失败告终。
而学生运动成功地将各种形式的不满汇聚在一起，包括要求机构问责、法治、政治变革等呼声，并形成了一股势力，使得小党派消失。此次选举主要是两个主导政治力量的对决：学生名单党和塞尔维亚进步党。

在选举结果还没有完全出来之前，武契奇就接受了败选结果。他还预计塞尔维亚在新政府的领导下将对俄罗斯实施制裁。此举将标志着塞尔维亚外交政策的重大转变。此前，塞尔维亚在与俄国保持密切的政治、经济和历史联系的同时，也积极寻求加入欧盟。
这位即将卸任的总统还警告说，选举结果可能会向投资者发出负面信号，原因是一个全新的政治体制过渡可能会引发投资者对政治稳定性、经济政策、监管以及塞尔维亚未来外交政策走向的质疑。
